The Cedar Springs Planning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 13th 2019 for the following topics:
- PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE The zoning administrator is seeking to eliminate the B-1 Neighborhood Business zoning district and convert all B-1 Neighborhood Business zoned properties to B-3 Highway Business zoning, R-1 Single Family Residential zoning, or R-4 Mobile Home Residential zoning. The following is a list of B-1 Neighborhood Business zoned properties and their proposed new zoning designation:
- 41-02-36-400-056, 13255 Northland
Dr., change to R-4 Mobile Home Residential
- 41-03-31-151-031, 520 S. Main St., change to R-1 Single Family Residential
- 41-02-36-231-015, 399 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-02-36-231-014, 199 South St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-02-36-231-005, 333 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-03-31-151-030, 426 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-03-31-101-024, 400 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-03-31-101-022, 350 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
- 41-03-31-101-004, 308 S. Main St., change to B-3 Highway Business
The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the Cedar Springs City Council Chambers, 66 S. Main St., Cedar Springs, MI 49319. Persons having any questions regarding these matters are urged to attend this meeting.
