Nominating petitions for two four-year seats
on the Cedar Springs City Council are available
in the office of the City Clerk,
located at Cedar Springs City Hall,
66 S. Main St.
To take out a petition, you must be
a qualified elector of the City and a citizen
of the United States.
Petitions must be filed with the City Clerk
by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020
and must bear the signatures of not
less than 25; but no more than 50
registered voters of the
City of Cedar Springs.
Section 5.1 of the Charter of the
City of Cedar Springs states that
no person shall be eligible for any
elective office, who is in default to the
City, County or School District.
