A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

A variance request from Dan Spitzbergen for property owned at 81 S. 1st Street Cedar Springs, MI 49319.  Parcel number 41-03-30-356-004.  The applicant seeks relief from Chapter 32, Article 5, Section 32-584 and Chapter 32, Article 5, Section 32-585 The applicant requests relief from the nonconforming use standards for the R-1 district.
