Applications must be signed by all owners of record for each parcel affected by the requested land division/lot line adjustment.
A survey and legal descriptions for all resulting new parcels must be submitted with all applications.
The fee for land divisions, combinations and lot line adjustments are as follows:
- Land Division – $100 per new parcel created
- Lot Line Adjustment – $100 per new parcel created
- Land Combination – $100 per new parcel created

Be advised that approval of a land division and/or combination is not a determination that the resulting parcel(s) comply with other ordinances or regulations.
